"Bamdad Animation Studio" was founded in 2003 in order to produce short, feature, TV series and TV Ads. animations. Bamdad has regarded high quality animation, based on international standards, as its main task and has used notable Iranian animations and artists through its way to reach the goal.
In the previous edition of Tehran Animation Festival, the productions of the studio have achieved several prizes: The best TV Ads. for "Sahel Tunna Can", the best script for "Plateau", and the best animation for "From Apple To Apple". The latest film has also won the best animation prize of Emirates Film Festival. "Norouz Sound", another production of the studio, has been mentioned by Ibdaa' Film Festival in Dubai.
The directional council of Bamdad Studio includes members who have been active animators of the nineties. Some of the most important productions of the studio which was dedicated to TV series animation are:
- "Holul & Bolul"; 13×10 min., for Ant Animation Studio.
- "New Melody"; 17×3 min., for IRIB Channel 2.
- "Sheik Of Hamdan"; 7×3 min., for UAE Ministry of Culture.
- "Tale Of Foxes"; 25×15 min., for Saba Cultural and Art Co.
