She was born in 1976, in the Netherlands and started this film fresh from the Academy of the Arts in Utrecht. As her graduation project, it grew into her first independent short film. Some of her major activities are, lighting assistant for television dramas, music videos and commercials as well as teaching photography to high school students. |

Beak |
|
Synopsis: A little girl is born in wings instead of arms and with a beak where a mouth should be. But she is, after all, still a girl. After being chased away by her father, she ends up in a circus. Adopted by a clown she settles into her niche as a circus performer. |
