He then enrolled at the Dutch Film & TV Academy specializing in live-action camera work. Filmography: "Gerard" 1979, "The Characters" 1980 which has won many international awards. |

Synopsis: An ecological inspector gets stranded in a forgotten oil town, dominated by monstrous cars. His short stay in a motel doesn't give him a moment's rest. He discovers that cars evolve into parasitic live forms, enchanting mankind and taking vital juices from the earth. |
