He was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. Carlos started his career as a cartoonist in Sweden. He studied classical animation at Sheridan College in Canada and came back to Sweden to run a commercial animation studio. Carlos has directed and animated many commercials. Filmography: "Mr. D."
