He was born in France in 1970. He has acted in series of theatre plays. Dion is also an illustrator-plastic artist. With animation he feels most at ease: he starts off by creating backgrounds and promotional films, then goes on to direct and animate himself short institutional and promotional films. In 1999, his contribution to the script Do You Have a Soul? was awarded Best Project Award at the Annecy Film Festival |
