He was born in 1947, in Brojerd. Since 1971 he has directed over 20 documentaries, short films, series, and educational films. His films have entered festivals such as: Fajr, Tehran/ Indian Festival/ Cinanima, Portugal/ Bilbao, Spain/ Hiroshima, Japan/ Shanghi, China/ Hiroshima, Japan where was awarded with a prize. Moreover a member of ASIFA, He is a teacher of filmmaking and script writing in different universities and the head of Tehran Film Workshop.

Kar & Andisheh In a Journey to the Land of Forgotten Senses
Synopsis: Andisheh (Thought) keeps his distance form Kar ( Work )and is lost in his world with computer. But Kar has a key that can only be discovered by Andisheh. But Andisheh has left without him for a journey to the land of forgotten senses.
