Born in 1960, Hamedan. B.A. in visual communication. Has been working in “Cinematic Affairs” department of I.I.D.C.Y.A Since 1985. Teaches animation in various universities and has been in the jury of third and fourth annual feasts of House of Cinema. Director of parts of The Kind Sweetheart (1994-6) serial. Supervisor of the animation department of Hoor Institution when The Story of the History (1996-9) serial in 40 installments was under production. Director and animator of a number of commercials (1994-2001), opening logo of the Children’s Program in Channel 2 of IRIB, the announcement of the Fourth Tehran International Book Fair and a film called Pat (2000).

The Painter and Simorgh

Synopsis: In search of ideal beauty, a painter is looking for Simorgh. In the way, he meets an old man with a past like his own. The old man has lost his sight in search of Simorgh and warns him stop the quest.
However, after much hardship, the painter succeeds to reach the nest of Simorgh at the top of Ghaf Mountain and himself transforms to a simorgh.
