Born in Budapest in 1950. Graduated from the College of Creative Arts in 1973. While still at college, he won several prizes as amateur animation filmmaker that led him down the road to the Panonia Film Studio, where he worked from 1973 to 1991. He uses puppet, clay and paper-cut techniques and is often invited to give workshop on them.
